Payment, Attendance, and Certification Policy
💳 Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of online booking.
Seats are reserved only after payment confirmation.
All classes must be prepaid.
🚫 No-Refund Policy
Payments become non-refundable after 72 hours from the initial booking.
No-shows forfeit the full payment.
Failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
A $10 rescheduling fee applies for:
Late arrivals
Missed classes
Voluntary date changes
Additional rules:
Rescheduling must occur within 30 days of the original class date.
All changes are subject to availability.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy
Students must arrive on time.
Late students may be denied entry due to certification time requirements.
If denied entry because of lateness, the $10 rescheduling fee applies.
🎓 Certification Responsibility
Students are responsible for verifying the correct course requirements with their employer, school, or licensing board.
The company is not responsible for incorrect registrations.
No refunds or discounts will be issued for selecting the wrong class.
All required skills and written evaluations must be successfully completed to receive certification.
📧 Certificate Policy
Certification cards are issued digitally via email.
Students must provide a correct email address during registration.
A $10 reprint fee applies for:
Lost cards
Name corrections
Resending due to incorrect email submission
💰 Refund Processing (When Eligible)
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval.
Requests received on Fridays or holidays are processed the next business day.
A $10 processing fee is deducted from approved online refunds.
Bank processing times are determined by your card issuer.
If a class is canceled by the Axis Mobile CPR, LLC, students will receive:
A full refund (no processing fee) OR
Transfer to another class date.

⚠️ Conduct & Physical Requirements
Students must be physically able to perform CPR skills, including chest compressions and kneeling.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
